1. Scope

These terms govern access to the Wisteria Inbox Suite site, product downloads, updates, and related support and payment flows.

2. License and Access

Subject to the applicable plan, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software for lawful internal use.

3. Acceptable Use

You must not use the products in a way that violates law, infringes the rights of others, or attempts to bypass licensing, payment, or security controls.

4. Downloads and Updates

Product availability, packaging, and update cadence may change over time as the suite evolves.

5. Payments and Renewals

Paid access is offered on an annual basis at the price shown on the pricing page, currently $19 per year unless updated. Payments and refunds are handled through Paddle.

6. Disclaimer

The software is provided on an as-available basis. Except where required by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for every workflow.
